-Yes you can cancel or reschedule your booking either by calling us or through our website. If you cancel your booking any time prior to 72 hours from your pickup time, the entire amount remains refundable.

12 hours prior to pick up time on package,
8 hours prior to pick up time on round trip, and
4 hours prior to pick up time on one way.

13. What should I consider if I want to bring a pet?
- If you call ahead of time, we will make sure to send a pet friendly taxi. Make sure to be honest about the size and breed of your pet.There might be some additional cost for the purpose of dry cleaning and maintenance.
